Walpole Man Faces 8 Drug Charges Following Arrest on Main Street
Incident reported in Walpole's police logs on April 15-18.

Monday, April 15:
11:34 p.m. – Douglas C. O’Donnell, 49, of East Walpole, was arrested and charged with assault and battery following an incident at his Thornell Avenue residence. Officers had to use force during the arrest, according to Walpole police logs. Bail was set at $540.

Tuesday, April 16:
3:48 p.m. –Vivian DeJesus, 45, of Framingham was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor vehicle stop on Elm Street in Walpole.

Wednesday, April 17:
7:20 a.m. – Jose Lopez, 37, of Boston, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 in Walpole.
5:46 p.m. – Frank A. Capozzi III, 57, of Walpole, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, two counts distribution of Class D substance, possession of Class B substance and three counts possession of Class D substance. The arrest was made at Capozzi’s Main Street residence.
Thursday, April 18:
1:26 p.m. – Nathanael M. Rodriguez, 34, of Boston, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 Walpole. Officers had to use force during the arrest, according to police logs.
