Walpole Obituary: Catherine B. Proctor

Catherine B. (Collins) Proctor age 83 years died in the Ellis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Sunday, September 23, 2012. Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on January 14, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Luke A. and Bertha (LeBlue) Collins. She graduated from Lawrence High School with the class of 1947 and from Saint John’s School of Nursing in Lowell with the class of 1950. She has been a resident of East Walpole for the past 60 years moving there from Lawrence.

She was a Registered Nurse and she worked for over 35 years in the Pediatric Depratment of Norwood Hospital.

She enjoyed traveling all over the world.

Beloved wife of Everett M. Proctor, Jr. Loving mother of Mary E. and her husband Jim Griffin of Walpole and the late Everett M. "Marty" Proctor, III. Cherished grandmother of Jim, Lindsay, Amy, and Rachel Griffin all of Walpole. Sister of Peg Seery of MO, and James Galvin of FL.] Sister in law of Joan L. Keating and Barbara A. Proctor both of East Walpole.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Church on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours are omitted at the request of the family. Interment will be in Saint Francis Cemetery in Walpole.
