Walpole Police Arrest Alleged Walmart TV Thief
The North Attleboro man is accused of trying to allegedly steal from Walmart in Walpole.

A 32-year-old North Attleboro man was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 after he allegedly tried to steal a TV from Walmart Sunday, Sept. 30.
According to Walpole Police Deputy Chief John Carmichael, at 1:26 p.m., Jeremy Matthew Mishk was confronted by Walmart's loss prevention officers for trying to steal a big screen TV.
Mishk fled from the store and jumped over a fence near Orchard Drive.

"Officers observed him a short time later jump into an awaiting car on the ramp to RT#1 and attempt to hide in the vehicle," Carmichael said in an email.
The car was stopped by Officer John White who took Mishk into custody.

He was released on bail for $290 around 3:30 p.m. the same day.
