Walpole Police Log: Possession/Distribution of a Class E Substance and Warrant Arrests

Tuesday- Oct. 23, 2012

Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 3:48 p.m.

Summer Street- Caller reported a white box truck driving on the train tracks. CSX notified. Officer responded, gone on arrival.

Shoplifting by Asportation, Arrest Made- 6:35 p.m.

550 Route 1- Loss prevention reported a male shoplifter. Michael P. Sandler, 29, of 288 Coney Street, E. Walpole, was arrested for alleged Shoplifting by Asportation.

Wednesday- Oct. 24, 2012

Warrant Arrest- 5:53 a.m.

1051 Main Street, Apt. 1- Officers checked the location for a person that was involved in an incident in Plymouth. James Joseph Howard, 20, of 1051 Main Street, Apt. 1, Walpole was arrested on a warrant for alleged Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Marked Lanes Violation.

Larceny- 8:05 a.m.

East Street- Party came into the station to report a stolen bicycle. Report taken.

Suspicious Person- 9:31 a.m.

West Street- Caller reported see an elderly male waving a stick at traffic. Gone on arrival.

Suspicious Motor Vehicle- 10:10 a.m.

Route 1- Officer checked on an unoccupied motor vehicle behind the Walpole Mall. Owner not in the area. Appears someone may be living out of the car.

Possession Class E Substance, Arrest Made- 7:05 p.m.

21 Route 1- George K Touma, 21, of 32 Heaton Avenue, Norwood, Mass. was arrested for alleged Possession of a Class E Substance with Intent to Distribute and Possession of a Class E Substance.

Thursday- Oct. 25, 2012

Larceny- 12:21 p.m.

Route 1- Two female shoplifters left the store. Norwood PD notified and had their vehicle at Shaws in Norwood. Summons issued.

Warrant Arrest- 2:47 p.m.

972 Main Street- Caller reported a male subject waiting at the bus stop with possible outstanding warrants. Michael Douglas Tebeau, 30, of 199 H Street, Apt. 89, South Boston, Mass. was arrested on a warrant for alleged Intimidation of a Witness, Threat to Commit a Crime, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and 4 counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

Breaking and Entering- 7:13 p.m.

East Street- Report of a past B&E.
