Walpole's Village Groomer and Pet Supply Wins National Award

The recent SuperZoo pet retailer trade show at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas saw some of the competitive dog grooming industry gather for the annual presentation of the Cardinal Crystal Grooming Achievement Awards, the industry’s version of the Oscars. 

Among the evening’s award recipients was The Village Groomer and Pet Supply of Walpole, which took home the award form Retail Grooming Salon of the Year (5 Units or Less). 

With its simple mission to love pets, the Village Groomer and Pet Supply has been providing grooming services for the Walpole area’s pet since 1969 when it was founded by David Salzberg, for whom the David G. Salzberg Cardinal Crystal Award for outstanding contributions to groomers and the grooming industry is named. A full-service pet salon, the Village Groomer is known for their gentle handling of all pets, especially those who are nervous or have behavioral problems, and helping all four-legged clients and their two-legged parents, feel safe and loved.
