
WALTHAM, MA — Firefighters were at work late Saturday night putting out a three alarm fire on Adams Street. According to early reports everyone made it out, but several are displaced.
According to officials a fire broke out at 210-216 Adams St, a two and a half wood frame multi-family home. When fire fighters arrived they found heavy fire on the second and third floor, according to early scanner radio reports.
Several fire departments were called in to help cover the rest of Waltham, while crews worked to put out the fire.

Update: Early scanner reports indicated the fire was at 205 Adams St, but later officials said it was actually across the street at 212 Adams St.
That building, although updated since, was built around 1900 and was listed as having an asbestos exterior, according to city data. There were four units in the building. The property was last assessed at $553,600.
