The domestic violence charges against Boston Celtics forward Jared Sullinger were dropped in Waltham District Court on Monday, according to the Boston Globe.
Sullinger was arrested in August after a dispute with his girlfriend in their Waltham home.
The charges were dropped at the request of Sullinger's girlfriend who told prosecutors she would invoke the 5th amendment against self-incrimination if she were called upon during a hearing, according to the Globe.
