-The Waltham Kiwanis Club will host a fundraiser Thanksgiving meal on Nov. 25. The meal begins at 11:30 a.m. at the American Legion Post 256 at 215 Waverly Oaks Rd. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased by calling 617-842-1350. Proceeds will benefit local charities.
-On Nov. 26, Bentley University will host a Thanksgiving meal for Waltham seniors on the school's campus. Tickets can be picked up at the Waltham Senior Center. The dinner begins at 12:30 p.m. and a shuttle will be available from Sacred Heart Church to campus starting at 12:00 p.m.
