Could Mimi's Roast Beef & Seafood in Waltham reopen soon?

Signs have appeared in the windows of the Carter Street shop indicating it will reopen on June 4. The shop has been closed recently after a tax lien was placed on it for non-payment of 2012 liabilities. The shop, however, is allowed to operate while the lien is still in place. 

According to Waltham Treasurer/Collector Thomas Magno, the lien has not yet been lifted. Magno, however, said he had fielded an inquiry asking about the amount of the lien. 

Attempts to reach the business by phone have been unsuccessful.
