‘Major’ Crash Closes Part Of Main Street In Waltham

WALTHAM, MA — A major crash closed part of Main Street in Waltham Thursday morning, police said.

Waltham police posted around 11:30 a.m. that "due to a major motor vehicle crash in the area, Main Street is closed from Hill Road to Market Place Drive."

Aerial footage taken by NBC 10 Boston showed what appears to be two police motorcycles down in the roadway.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area and seek alternate routes. Traffic delays should be expected.
