Multiple Car Break-Ins Reported In Waltham
Police are urging residents to lock their cars overnight after a string of break-ins in north Waltham.
WALTHAM, MA — Multiple car break-ins have been reported in Waltham, prompting police to give residents an obvious but necessary warning.
The break-ins were reported in the north Waltham area, police said. Though it wasn't confirmed by police that cars were unlocked, they did provide this message:
"Please remember to lock your vehicles and bring your keys and key fobs inside, even if your car is in your driveway," police said. "Unlocked vehicles are easy targets. Taking a few seconds to secure your car can make a big difference."
