New Leland House Community In Waltham Accepting Applications

Leland House is a beautiful three-story building that offers affordable comfortable living for senior adults 62+. Some of the amenities include a lobby & reception area, library, lounges, game room, dining area, classroom, supportive health services, and fitness/wellness areas. Located right off Main Street near transit, retail, and the Council on Aging center.

See more here and join us for an information session at the Senior Center, THIS FRIDAY, June 21st at 1pm or 3pm.

Applications will be available for both information sessions and Spanish interpretation will be available at the 3:00 pm session.

Applications are due no later than July 31, 2024 and can be downloaded from their website. There will be a lottery. Leasing is estimated to be starting in the Fall thru Winter 2024.
