LLC and developer Taichen Yu filed the requests to operate the two establishments, which under city rules, are considered part of the fast food special permit process. The move comes as work on the unfinished building continues. A hearing for the requests will be held on Monday, June 10 during the Waltham City Council meeting at City Hall.
