on Monday, Dec. 10 at Waltham District Court. Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, Chelmsford will be arraigned on serious charges that they entered a Lake Street home and attempted to rob its three occupants. Police say Laventure fired a gunshot at the three individuals. Laventure faces charges for: two counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a home and home invasion. Fournier faces charges for: home invasion and assault and battery. The pair was arrested hours after police issued alerts saying they were considered armed and dangerous.
