The purpose of the Route 128 Land Use and Transportation Study is to review existing conditions and establish future land use, housing, and economic development assumptions of the segment of Route 128 between Newton and Lexington, including Waltham. Based on these assumptions, the study will present recommendations intended to address the corridor’s current and anticipated future transportation issues.
