Should Waltham Open Spray Parks Earlier?

Waltham's spray parks are a great resource for anybody needing to cool down on a hot day, but they do not regularly open until June 24, according to the Recreation Department. 

Due to the recent hot weather, three of the parks opened last weekend for just those two days. The remaining parks are scheduled to stay closed until June 24, when the city typically opens all of the parks.
