Waltham Affordable Housing Lottery Scheduled For March
More than 50 affordable units are available at 73 Pond St. Waltham will host a lottery in March and an informational meeting this week.

An affordable housing lottery will be held in March 2025 for the new 210-unit development located at 73 Pond Street in Waltham

This six-story Class A building will offer 53 affordable units to households at or below certain income limits. Community amenities will include a large clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park, on-site parking, and more!
A Public Information Session will be held on Thursday, January 16th via Zoom, and applications for the lottery are due BY February 17th, 2025. The lottery will then be held on March 4, 2025 via Zoom.
