Waltham Arrests: OUIs, Shoplifting, More

Monday, Dec. 16

Robert Dagostino, 26, of Waltham, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. on charges of violation of care in stopping, starting or turning and operating under the influence of liquor, first offense.

Tuesday, Dec. 17

James Ratsamee-Hunt, 21, of Waltham, was arrested around 10:30 p.m. on a warrant charge of possession of a class E drug.

Thursday, Dec. 19

Raschelle McAuliffe, 31, of Brockton, was arrested around 7:10 p.m. on charges of shoplifting by concealing and a warrant charge of trespassing.

Arthur Xenos, 57, of Marlborough, was arrested around 9 .m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor, first offense.
