Waltham Company Raises $22K For People In Need

The company employees more than doubled the donations they raised in 2019, despite pandemic.

WALTHAM, MA — A local company raised $22,202 for during its annual Winter Donation Drive, more than doubling their contribution to a local nonprofit.

"Each employee across our nine office locations raised money for their local nonprofit, with the employees in our Waltham office supporting Cradles to Crayons," a ZoomInfo spokesperson said.

Cradles to Crayons runs the Gear Up for Winter program to supply winter gear to children in the area whose families struggle just to stay warm and prepare them for winter before it becomes an emergency.

ZoomInfo employees in Waltham raised about $8,500 for the nonprofit in 2019.

Despite the challenges of 2020, employees set a ZoomInfo company record for funds raised through the annual month-long event, more than doubling the $8,500 for Cradles to Crayons in 2019.

Company-wide employees teamed up to raise $651,623 for youth- and family-focused nonprofit organizations.

“The commitment and generosity shown by our employees is remarkable,” said ZoomInfo CEO Henry Schuck, who, along with his wife Jessica, matched the employees’ donations. "Their willingness to go above and beyond and give to those in need tells you something about the people who I’m so lucky to work with."
