WALTHAM, MA — A Waltham couple noticed they were charged for $3,000 on their insurance for three pairs of prescription glasses recently in error, but weren't able to get through to the company to address the issue.

The couple didn’t know where else to turn, so NBC10 Boston Responds took up the case and got things resolved.
