Waltham To Hold Affordable Housing Lottery For Wright Development

WALTHAM, MA — The City of Waltham will hold an affordable housing lottery for 37 units at the new Wright Development at 341 2nd Avenue.

The Wright is a 195-unit development that will include 37 units of affordable housing. These units will be rented to households that have incomes at or below 80 percent of the Area Median Income. Twelve of those 37 will be rented to households that have incomes at or below 60 percent of the Area Median Income.

The units all feature high-quality finishes, in-unit laundry, and access to a private courtyard, fitness center, club room, and lounges. Affordable units will be move-in ready later this year.

A public info session will be held on Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. via Zoom. The application deadline is October 24 and the letter will be held on November 7. For more information, click here.
