New tenants and businesses have already signed leases to move in, Wicked Local reported. According to Wicked Local, three-quarters of the first-floor retail space has been sold to businesses including the nonprofit Wayside Youth and Family Support Network and luxury spa company East Coast Floating.

The building, which started construction in December 2014, replaced what was once an empty lot and abandoned storefronts, according to Wicked Local.

“It was an eyesore,” City Council President Gary Marchese told Wicked Local. “I’m very pleased with how it has been transformed. I think it’s one of the nicest looking buildings and developments in the city.”
