Oct. 16 Noureddine Labadla, 53, of 408 Stearns Hill Rd., arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime. Robert Freeman, 61, of 19 Snow Circle, arrested and charged with resisting arrest, failure to stop for police and a marked lanes violation. Oct. 17 Joshua Whittemore, 22, of Bedford, arrested on warrant charges for failure to stop or yield and driving with a suspended or revoked license.  Oct. 18 Wilmer Guevara, 20, of 119 Crescent St., arrested and charged with a miscellaneous equipment violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also faces warrant charges for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving an uninsured trailer, a number plate violation and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
