Waltham’s 12th Annual Farm Day Scheduled For Oct. 15

WALTHAM, MA — Waltham 12th annual Farm Day will take place on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 1-4 p.m. at Waltham Fields Community Farm, located at 240 Beaver Street.

Farm Day is a free festival celebrating locally grown food and agriculture in the community. The outdoor, family-friendly event features hands-on farm activities, educational demonstrations, live music, pick-your-own carrot patch, field tours, arts and crafts, kids games, farm chickens, angora rabbits and more.

Free transportation will also be provided during the event - the Waltham Tick Tock Trolley will be free, making round-trips from Waltham Common to the farm all afternoon.

Although the farm is pet friendly, residents are asked to leave their animals at home for this event.
