Waltham Trapelo Road Detour Goes Into Effect

Efforts to replace a culvert and flood wall under the roadway on the Waltham-Belmont line get underway this week. Here's what to know.

PLAN AHEAD! A detour will go into effect on Trapelo Road by the Belmont line (between Waverly Oaks Road & Mill Street) beginning next Monday, July 8th!

Contractors will begin construction on Monday, July 8th to replace a culvert & flood wall under the roadway on the Waltham/Belmont line. Due to this construction, a 24-hour detour will be in place through November 1st, 2024. Work hours will be from 7am-4pm.
