Waltham's Bacon Street Closed For Emergency Water, Sewer Repair

WALTHAM, MA — Bacon Street is closed for emergency water and sewer repairs, Waltham officials announced Thursday afternoon.

The street is closed from Dale Street to the Piety Corner intersection at Lexington Street, officials said.

City officials do believe work will be completed by midnight at the latest, 11 p.m. at the earliest.

Area residents will have access by Dale Street at Bacon Street, officials said. Children in the area who take any bus stop in that area will be dropped off at Bacon and Dale Street, officials said.
