WALTHAM, MA — A vibrant local news destination is built upon a strong relationship between two things: dependable, timely journalism and an informed, involved community sharing their knowledge, experiences and opportunity.
My name is Jenna Fisher and I have been the editor and reporter of the Waltham Patch for about two years now. I grew up in Northern Virginia and moved to the area about a decade ago after a bit of traveling. (Side note: You may also recognize my name if you're a fan of "The Office.") I can often be found hanging out in Cafe on The Common, racing over to the Fire Department Head Quarters to chat about developments with the new Moody Street fire station, reporting on of the many festivals on the Common or checking out one of Moody Street's fabulous restaurants.
Most importantly, I try to keep residents updated, local government transparent and the community engaged in what's going on.
