What’s Open, Closed On New Year’s Day 2021 In Waltham

WALTHAM, MA — On New Year’s Day, residents in Waltham will leave behind a year marked by unprecedented challenge. After spending much of the year navigating the coronavirus pandemic, many will no doubt welcome 2021 with open arms.

The City of Waltham offices will be closed on Jan. 1 for New Year's Day, but they will be open normal hours, Monday, Jan. 4. There will be a one-day delay for trash pickup: Friday on Saturday.
