What Is There Too Much Of In Waltham?

WALTHAM,  MA - Moderation is key. As Patch editors, we often hear back from readers regarding which businesses they would like to see come to Waltham. We also receive complaints about what there is too much of in your town- whether it be traffic, businesses, or crime-related.

So we asked our readers on Facebook, “What does Waltham have too much of?”

• “I’m not native to Waltham and have only lived here since 2010, but traffic and people who don’t seem to care about making this the vibrant city it could be stand out to me.”

• “I loved living in Waltham! But too many potholes!”

• “Too many luxury apartments/condos that are now driving the rent prices up, and everyone out of this city that have been residents their whole lives.”

• “Wig stores - who wears wigs?? And how many they selling to have so many stores in prime locations?? I can’t even buy a pack of gum!”

• “Mexican restaurants, banks and squeezing in way too many condos! Waltham is getting over populated!”
