WAYLAND, MA—What's your property currently worth?
The Board of Assessors completed a review of property valuations for Fiscal Year 2017, and the proposed assessed values are now available.
In accordance with state law, this is an estimation of the fair market value of a property as of Jan. 1, 2016 (adjusted for ongoing construction to June 30, 2016 if applicable to your home). The basis of the assessments are actual sales in town from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2015.
