Join us in the Library’s Round Room for a series of discussions designed to deepen understanding, bridge past and present, create brave spaces for dialogue, and strengthen inclusion in Wayland and beyond.
Our local history includes moments of exclusion and harm alongside progress and change. This month, we examine events such as a cross burning in 1981, minstrel shows held in a local house of worship, and the Noyes family’s history as enslavers. Together, we will reflect on how the legacies of these actions shape our present and explore what repair and reconciliation might look like for our community.
