Developer Changes Plans For Wayland Affordable Housing Project
Criticism from neighbors and town officials prompted a developer to change plans.
WAYLAND, MA—Eden Management, the developer for a new affordable housing development planned for Route 20 in Wayland, is changing its plans, according to reports.
The developer is reportedly revising his plans for the 40B project at 119 Boston Post Road, reconfiguring the building farther from Pine Brook and making it a different shape.
