Real Estate Company Names Wayland Resident Top Agent

Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. (BMS) recently announced the winners of the real estate company’s third annual B.O.L.D. (Building Our Legacy Daily) Achievements.

The agents receiving with this award are the top performers in their areas. Top honors included Wayland Resident Tanya Tanimoto, BMS Associate and number one agent for Wayland.

Other top honors included:

• Traci Shulkin, No. 1 Associate of Benoit Mizner Simon;
• Burns & Karpowicz Team, No. 1 Team of Benoit Mizner Simon;
• Donahue & Maley Team, No. 1 Team in the Town of Wellesley
• Other Top Ten Premier Associates recognized for their outstanding results were the Jared Parker, Betsy Hargreaves, Wilk Greenbaum Team, Jane Wemyss, Jessica Allain, and Jose Carrillo.
