Rangers Boys X-C 2nd at Mid-Wach B Championships

Five Westborougn runners placed in the top 20 at Saturday's Mid-Wach B Cross-Country Championships, held at Marlborough's Ghiloni Park.

Sophomore Eric Latimeer finished the 5K fifth, in 17:27.9. according to coolrunning.com.

Junior Tim Forrest was 11th (18:03.6), followed by freshman Connor Schoen (15th, 18:18.8), and juniors Julian Binici (17th, 18:35.1) and Nick Schur (18th, 18:38).

The Rangers finished second in the six-team meet, with 66 points. Nashoba won the meet, with 23 points. Marlborough was third, with 101 points.

The top three runners overall were Nashoba senior Mark Puleo (first, 16:51.2), Hudson junior Andrew Doherty-Munroe (second, 16:58.5) and Nashoba junior Adam Heislein (third, 17:21.2).
