Rangers Girls X-C 4th at Mid-Wach B Championships

The Westborough girls cross-country team placed three runners in the top 20 at Saturday's Mid-Wach B Cross-Country Championships, held at Marlborough's Ghiloni Park.

Senior captains Gillian Robertson (15th, 22:46.5) and Rachel Harris (16th, 22:50.8) and junior Sabrina Goebel (20th, 23:35.7) led the Rangers, http://www.coolrunning.com/results/13/ma/Oct26_MidWac_set4.shtml" rel="nofollow">according to coolrunning.com.

Westborough finished fourth at the six-team meet, with 95 points. Nashoba was first (38), followed by Quabbin (50) and Groton-Dunstable (80).

The top three finishers in the 5K were Nashoba sophomore Rylee Gillen (first, 19:29.1), Quabbin junior Steffany Halfrey (second, 20:04.6) and Marlborough junior Jillian Caiazzi (third, 20:47.1).
