Three Westborough Teens to Perform With Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras
Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your day in Westborough.

It's Wednesday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Westborough to help make your day a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.
1. Congratulate Malena Castilla, Jack Krugman and Enya Truong.
These three Westborough residents will perform with the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras during the orchestras' 56th season-opening concert, at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13 at Symphony Hall, the orchestras said Tuesday in a press release.
Krugman, 13, plays the horn. Castilla, 15, plays the violin. Truong, 15, plays the viola.
2. Join Westborough Cub Scout Pack 100.
A Tiger Recruitment meeting is at 7 p.m. Wednesday, on the third floor of the Forbes Municipal Building.
3. Learn about the Sandals and Beaches resorts.
Travel Solutions in Westborough presents a Sandals and Beaches Caribbean Night from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Tatnuck Bookseller's event room.
4. Four streets face a temporary water shut-off.
The water on Spring Road, Crownridge Road, Fox Lane and Leeann Circle will be temporarily shut off from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, according to a notice on Westborough's website.
5. Root for the Rangers.

- Varsity field hockey: at Nashoba, 3:30 p.m.
- Golf: vs. Nashoba, at Westborough Country Club, 3:30 p.m.
- Freshman girls soccer: at Hopkinton, at Hopkinton Field #5, 3:30 p.m.
- JV field hockey: at Nashoba, 5 p.m.
- Freshman boys soccer: at Hopkinton, at Hopkinton Field #5, 5 p.m.
