WESTBOROUGH, MA — President Trump's loss in Massachusetts on Tuesday was expected in the perennially deep blue state, but how did he fare among Westborough residents this time around?
Support for Trump slightly increased in 2020 compared to 2016. Results from the 2016 election show Trump received 2,752 votes, compared to 2,756 this year. Hillary Clinton received 6,023 votes in Westborough in 2016, while Joe Biden earned 7,490.
Voter turnout was higher this year, as 10,608 Westborough voters cast ballots in 2020, versus 9,776 in 2016.
