Sunday's highway baby joins a girl born in 2022 along I-290 in Marlborough. The girl was born in an ambulance, and her firefighter father was there to assist. Just a month before that highway birth, state police helped clear the way when a mother went into labor while stuck in traffic along the Mass Pike in Natick.
