WESTBOROUGH, MA — A Westborough man is recovering in a New Hampshire hospital after being seriously injured in a weekend ATV crash, according to fish and game officials
Jesse Girouard, 33, was riding an ATV along Newell Brook Road in Dummer on Sunday evening when he attempted to make a right turn, but ended up crashing into a ditch and a tree. The vehicle rolled over on top of Girouard, but he was able to get it off and crawl back to the road.
"Members of his riding party, who had not seen the incident, turned around when he failed to show up at the next junction, and found him in the trail. Milan ambulance met Girouard next to Route 16 and transported him to Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin for serious but non-life-threatening injuries," New Hampshire Fish and Game reported.
