Westborough Students Nab Major Science Project Award

The students biomedical device to help patients with thyroid hormone disorders won the science project award.

WESTBOROUGH, MA—Two Westborough students nabbed a remarkable achievement at a science fair this weekend.

The Massachusetts State Science & Engineering fair took place on Saturday at MIT campus where roughly 400 high school teams presented their science fair experiments. Those competing are the shortlisted teams from regional Science fairs from across the state.

Westborough students Anoop Patta and Eshan Sane's project achieved the first prize award. Both students worked as a team to develop a biomedical device to help patients with thyroid hormone disorders.
