Town of Weston Public Hearing Notice Amendments to the Town's General By-laws

 The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 7:15 p.m. at the Town Hall to discuss Amendments to the By-laws of the Town of Weston as follows:  

1) Stormwater By-law, 2) adoption of the Stretch Energy Code for building construction, and 3) formation of an Affordable Housing Trust. 

A copy of the proposed stormwater by-law, as well as information on the Stretch Energy Code and the Affordable Housing Trust can be found on the Town’s website at www.weston.org, at the Town Hall in the Town Manager’s Office, the Town Clerk’s Office and in the Building Department, M-F 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
