Representative Alice Peisch hosted the State Champion Weston High School Girls soccer team at the State House on Monday, December 20th. The team toured the State House with Representative Peisch, and was acknowledged by the House of Representatives during the Monday session. They then had lunch with Representative Peisch and during lunch, each member of the team was presented with a citation from the House of Representatives for winning the State Championship.
"The Weston Girls Soccer team had an incredible season and ended it with a State Championship. It was a pleasure to have the players to the State House to recognize their accomplishment! The girls were very curious about how the State House works and asked great questions."
