Back from the beach? Here are five things to know for today.
- Here to greet you back from the long weekend is some rainy weather—it looks like it will rain today, with a chance of thunderstorms before 11 a.m. And so far it looks like it's going to rain for the rest of the week.
- High school sports start this week. girls' volleyball against Waltham (away) and field hockey against Waltham (away).
- High schoolers who are playing in team sports this season should attend a . It starts at 7 p.m. at the high school.

- The middle school gym has from 7 to 9:15 p.m. for anyone who is interested. The cost is $4 and you should bring your own ball.
