Five Things You Need to Know Today: March 16

Some snow (really) might be on the way, and the Historical Commission meets tonight.

  1. Hope you enjoyed the sunshine yesterday, because the National Weather Service is predicting rain and snow before 11 a.m., then moving onto showers in the afternoon.
  2. Weston resident and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School Dr. Sanjiv Chopra will be at the library to discuss his book, at 7 p.m.
  3. The meets tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
  4. at the library is from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. It's held every Wednesday at this time and runs through May.
  5. The Wayland Free Public Library screens "Trouble the Water" tonight at 7. The film, a documentary, focuses on Hurricane Katrina.
