This estate, previously listed for $6.7 million, is now on the auction block. It sits at the highest point in Weston, on five acres.

WESTON, MA—A stunning 10-bedroom English tudor that was on the market last year in Weston for $6.7 million is now on the auction block.

This 1920s estate is now up for auction, Concierge Auctions announced last week as part of its June lineup. The company said that most of its auctions are without reserve.

The Henderson house is located at 99 Westcliff Road in Weston, and spans 16,463 square feet with 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a grand, two-story foyer with a double bridal staircase.

It also features a coatroom, formal library, mud room, guest wing, caretaker's apartment with full kitchen, and beautifully maintained grounds.

The Henderson House sits on five acres at the highest point in town, in a forested hilltop setting. The estate has occupied a place on the National Historic Register with its period design and exquisite detail, and will sell Without Reserve in cooperation with Debi Benoit of Benoit Mizner Simon and Co. Real Estate, said the announcement.
