Weston Man Indicted On Child Rape, Recording People In Bathroom
A Weston man and owner of a Brookline restaurant is facing multiple charges, including child rape, porn, and secretly recording.
WESTON, MA— The Weston man just indicted by a Middlesex Grand Jury on child rape and porn related charges was also just brought into a Brookline Court on charges related to secretly video taping customers at his Brookline restaurant.
Police arrested Tze Chung, 63, of Weston for secretly video taping people in the China Taam restaurant over a period of time that extends as far back as 2015. Chung will be arraigned in Brookline today, Patch reported.
Brookline police brought the man in handcuffs over from the Brookline jail to the basement of the Brookline District Courthouse Friday morning wearing jeans and a t-shirt as members of nearly every press outlet stood by snapping photos. >> Watch the video here: Alledged Peeping Tom To Face Charges

The Middlesex County District Attorney's office announced yesterday that a grand jury charged Chung on multiple charges of aggravated rape of a child, forcible rape of a child, indecent assault and battery on a child, posing a child in a state of nudity, possession of child pornography, and secretly recording a person.
Those charges led to the uncovering of the video surveillance in the bathroom in Brookline, according to police.
