Weston Tree Group Has Vacancies

The Town of Weston has  three openings on the Tree Advisory Group to fill vacancies due to recent resignation. The Tree Advisory Group is appointed by the Board of Selectmen to oversee new shade tree plantings in Weston and to do associated planning and educational activities in cooperation with the Tree Warden. The group meets the first Wednesday afternoon of each month at Town Hall or at outdoor sites as needed. 

Applicants should have an interest in trees and environmental improvement of public streets and spaces. The physical ability to assist in the planting and maintenance of trees is also helpful.
