Friday, April 4 6:10 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on University Avenue, officers issued a criminal summons to a woman from Chelsea for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle.  9:51 p.m.: A caller on French Street reported a dog running loose in the neighborhood. The animal's owner found the dog and brought it home.  3:08 p.m.: A Canton Street resident reported a missing license plate. Officers entered the plate into the system as being either lost or stolen.
