Marijuana Seized After Motor Vehicle Stop
The Westwood Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests.

Saturday, May 11
1:32 a.m.: An officer on patrol observed a vehicle leaving a parking lot where a car dealership stores its vehicles. Officers stopped the vehicle and seized a small amount of marijuana arranged for it to be destroyed.
2:22 a.m.: Officers received a report of a verbal dispute between occupants at a home on Washington Street and responded. Upon arriving, officers determined there was no violation of the law.

Sunday, May 12
2:01 p.m.: A business owner on Providence Highway came into the station to report ongoing harassment. The matter stemmed from an issue in another town so officers advised the person to follow up with that town's Police Department.
