Monday Essentials: Here's What's Happening in Town This Week

Here's what's happening in Westwood this week. 

• Monday, Oct. 14, is a holiday. All government offices will be closed.
• Trash collection will not change this week despite Columbus Day. 
• There are many meetings on Tuesday, Oct. 15, including Bylaw Review Committee; Planning Board; and a joint meeting of the Finance and Warrant Commission and the Planning Board. 
• The Westwood School Committee will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 7:30 p.m. 
• The work of artist Rob Franco is now on display at the Westwood Public Library.
